As the Founder and Lead Consultant in i Manage, she has broad experience working in the public sector, Private sector, NGO’s , CBO’s and Start-Ups. Some of the industries she has worked in include: Clean Energy, Information Technology, Logistics, Professional Services, AgriBusiness, Real Estate, Construction, Health, Education, Tourism, and Communications. She currently sits on various advisory committees and boards.
Mariam Wangara
“They say good things take time and I agree. As an HR professional who enjoys cooking and knitting, I have over the years come to appreciate that to achieve desirable results, one has to be patient with the process.
Be it developing and implementing management processes that last; or whipping up delicious meals, I am deliberate about taking time to ensure that the process is done meticulously for the end result to be satisfying.
When I am not helping businesses maximize their Human Resource potential, I could be making stylish knitted items or dancing to my favorite tunes.’’
Mariam Wangara is a Senior Associate at i Manage Ltd.; she is a qualified HR practitioner with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management. Mariam has previously worked in the Banking Sector and has also been involved in Community based work.
Jane Wambaire
Jane is a Certified HR Professional (CHRP K) with a BCOM in Finance. She has previously worked in the Service Industry, specifically the Health Sector.
Mbaire (as her mother fondly calls her) enjoys dealing with people and believes that the workplace can be non-toxic and fun! Her favorite HR function is Recruitment and we can all imagine why! During her free time, she enjoys baking, nature walks and board games!
